Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters. Here's how returns work.

We accept returns of sealed, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where the product is defective or incorrect.

How to Return

1. WhatsApp us at 061 500 7127 with your order number and reason for return. 2. We'll confirm the return and share return-shipping instructions. 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 3–5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and dispatch a replacement immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and any opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
