We dispatch all orders from Johannesburg within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once collected by our courier partner, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email.
Delivery Times
Main centres: 2–3 working days. Outlying areas: 3–5 working days. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.
Shipping Costs
Flat courier fee: R99. Orders over R1000: free shipping nationwide.

Track any order at /track using your order number and the email used at checkout.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier can't reach you, they will attempt redelivery the next business day. After two failed attempts the parcel is returned and we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery (a re-shipping fee may apply).
